Getting a damaged package or product is never a fun experience. We’ve been there, too.

Our reputation as a company is only as good as how well we take care of our fellow scientists and engineers.

Our returns policy is listed below. The short version: Please contact sales@nat20sci.com for your specific case and we will work with you to resolve your situation in the best possible way.

Return Policy

Broken/damaged items must be reported by email (sales@nat20sci.com) upon receiving your package, within 5 business days upon delivery. All materials and equipment will be considered as received in good condition upon signature or delivery confirmation. Please inspect all items for damage carefully upon arrival.

To return a damaged item to Nat 20 Scientific, please contact us by email: sales@nat20sci.com for a replacement. Nat 20 Scientific will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and will provide a RMA number within 30 days of receipt of the product. Nat 20 Scientific must receive the product within 14 days of issuance of the RMA number. The product must be in the original packaging or the return will be rejected. RMA numbers must appear on the packing list sent to Nat 20 Scientific and items must be packaged and shipped in accordance with all applicable regulation. All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if a refund is requested instead of a replacement or credit.

Items not returnable for refund or credit include: open or damaged containers; materials past their expiration date or with an expiration date too short for resale; custom or special orders; any special engineering costs charged to the order; and chemicals of any type. Please contact sales@nat20sci.com for your specific case and we will work with you to resolve your situation in the best possible way.

Limited Product Warranty: Our sole warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. All other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose, are disclaimed. Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of implied warranties: the foregoing limitation may not apply to you and you may have additional rights. 

Some information about products may be as provided by a supplier. We make no warranty or representation concerning that information and will have no liability therefor.

Some products sold by Nat 20 Scientific contain ingredients known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Upon request, we will furnish you with material safety data sheets for hazardous substances as defined by OSHA and a list of products or substances known by the state of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm.
